Role Overview

As an Off‑Plan Real Estate Sales Expert, you will play a key role in promoting and selling newly launched developments across Abu Dhabi. You will guide clients through off‑plan investment opportunities, provide expert market insights, and deliver exceptional service from inquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Advise clients on payment plans, project timelines, ROI potential, and market trends.
  • Conduct presentations, property tours, and investment consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Stay updated on new launches, project updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and developer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and client‑focused approach.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
