Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Off‑Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who understands off‑plan products, excels at investor relations, and can confidently present new developments, payment plans, and ROI opportunities to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of off‑plan buyers and investors
• Present new developments, payment plans, and investment benefits with clarity and confidence
• Conduct client meetings, project tours, and developer presentations
• Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market, upcoming launches, and community insights
• Build long‑term relationships with investors and end‑users
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and admin support
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales (UAE experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain payment plans, ROI, and investment value clearly
• Professional appearance and a results‑driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
