Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, exceptional client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the Dubai property market.

You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the entire buying and selling process — ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property tours and coordinate with developers and landlords.
• Negotiate and close deals in compliance with RERA regulations.
• Maintain and update property listings in the company’s CRM system.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market trends, new projects, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (an advantage).
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi and Arabic are a plus.
