Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Residential Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on promoting and selling off-plan residential properties, guiding clients through the investment process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential properties to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions.
• Conduct presentations, property tours, and consultations to highlight project features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and off-plan project launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Korean, or Malay are an advantage).
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off-plan residential market preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
