Job Description:

We are a lean, specialized agency focused exclusively on off-plan sales for top developers. Our marketing engine delivers pre-screened, interested buyers directly to you.
This role is a fit only if:
- You own a car and have a UAE driver's license.
- You have a proven track record in UAE sales (real estate, luxury cars, high-ticket B2C).
- Your primary motivation is uncapped commission, not a high base salary.
Compensation (You Eat What You Kill):
- Base Salary: AED 2,500
- Commission: 35% of gross agency commission on every sale you close.
- Accelerator: Earn 40% on all deals in any month you close 4+ units.
- Realistic Earnings: Solid closers earn AED 15k-25k/month. Top performers earn AED 40k+.
Your Task: Convert. Manage the client from first meeting to SPA signing. Use our CRM and sales tools.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Valid UAE driver's license & car.
- Minimum 6 months of UAE sales experience.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Readiness to start immediately.
