We are a new and growing real estate startup specializing in Dubai’s off-plan market. We work directly with top developers and offer a supportive, growth-focused environment where motivated consultants can build a long-term career.

Role Overview

We are hiring Off-Plan Sales Consultants who can confidently communicate with clients and close deals in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

English is mandatory.
Candidates who speak French, Persian, German, Spanish, or Turkish will be given strong preference.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours
  • Manage leads through CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market launches and developer projects
  • Work toward monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Real estate sales experience (off-plan preferred)
  • Mandatory: Strong English communication
  • Preferred languages (At least 1 required): French, Persian, German, Spanish, Turkish
  • Confident, driven, and professional
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
