Off-Plan Sales Executive

Riti Realty is a dynamic real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in high-return off-plan and ready property investments. We are looking for motivated and driven Off-Plan Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle off-plan property sales, client meetings, and roadshows.
  • Manage incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Actively generate new leads through networking, telesales, and referrals.
  • Provide professional consultation and market insights to clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months+ experience in Dubai off-plan real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan property market.
  • Ability to manage roadshows, property events, and client meetings.
  • Telesales experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
