Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional advice and market insights
• Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies and targets
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred)
• Open to all nationalities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
