We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents/Property Consultants to join our award-winning team. If you are passionate about real estate and driven to succeed, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell ready and off-plan properties to local and international clients
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
  • Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market developments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • RERA license
  • UAE driver’s license and own car
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills with a proven record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with professional presentation
