Office Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Accountant to manage daily accounting operations along with sales billing and coordination. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounts, GST, and basic sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
  • Prepare sales and purchase invoices
  • Handle GST filing and basic taxation work
  • Maintain stock and sales records
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Manage payment follow-ups with clients
  • Prepare financial reports as required
  • Support overall office accounting and sales operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of GST and accounting principles
  • Experience in accounts and sales billing preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience preferred (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
