Office Admin

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Support staff with administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
  • Experience with office management tools or software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
