Office Admin & Accountant

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • VAT Filing
  • Corporate Tax Filing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
  • Proficiency in using Tally Prime (latest version) & Customized inventory software
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Follow-up , renew and maintain the employees documents.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred major in Accounting & Finance)
  • Minimal work experience of 1 - 2 years in Admin/Accounting (UAE experience preferable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge in Accounting Software Applications (TALLY PRIME)
  • Well versed in English verbal and written.
  • Past Experience in any Home Automation/IT related Company is a plus.
