- Day-to-day management of office operations and supplies.

- Personal assistance to management, including scheduling and travel bookings.

- Maintaining employee attendance and leave records.

- Assisting the PRO with visa renewals, Emirates IDs, passports, and other documentation.

- Managing employee folders and HR-related operations.

- Handling bills related to import/export, payables, and receivables.

- Coordinating license renewals and other compliance requirements.

- Preparing reports and assisting in documentation for management.

- Supporting team members and contributing to smooth workflow across departments.
