We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide essential support to the team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative operations and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain office records, files, and databases accurately
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and official documents
Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Handle courier, visitor coordination, and front desk support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and well-groomed personality
Preferred Skills
Experience in a consultancy or accounting firm (preferred)
Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
