OFFICE ADMIN (FEMALE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle routine office tasks, assist staff and management, and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Support staff and management with day-to-day administrative needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
