Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager and IT Support person to join our team. This role involves overseeing all administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities, staff services, and company assets, while also providing essential IT support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both traditional administration and basic IT functions, making them a key contributor to efficient office management and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control the activities of the Administration Department to ensure efficient and effective support to all business functions.
- Monitor and supervise office provisions, including furniture, fixtures, and safety/security measures.
- Take immediate and appropriate action against employees responsible for damaging company assets or goodwill.
- Monitor and control admin-related expenses, ensuring they remain within budgetary provisions.
- Manage the stationery and office supplies requirements for all employees.
- Maintain proper records and oversee monthly log sheets/checklists.
- Handle health/vehicle insurance claims and related documentation.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of company buildings and assets, ensuring all offices are safe and in good condition.
- Address and resolve issues related to utilities such as gas, water, electricity, telephones, mobiles, and fax systems in all company offices.
- Manage janitorial services and ensure cleanliness and health/safety standards in all office locations.
- Arrange and manage travel logistics, including visa formalities, hotel bookings, and air tickets for directors.
- Resolve inter-departmental issues to enhance office efficiency and decorum.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain CCTV camera systems to ensure security protocols are upheld.
- Install and configure IP phone systems, providing support for communication issues.
- Provide basic IT support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain the company’s networking systems, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity, troubleshooting IT issues as needed
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in administration, facilities management,
- Basic IT Knowledge
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting and managing office systems, including networks and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with staff, management, and IT team.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
