Job Title: Office Admin & Recruiter Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal Job Type: Full-time Preferred Candidates: Female only Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Admin & Recruiter to manage daily office operations and support end-to-end recruitment activities at our Barrackpore, Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and capable of handling administrative as well as hiring-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Office & Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination Maintain employee records, files, and office registers Coordinate with management for meetings and schedules Ensure office supplies and basic facilities are well maintained Recruitment Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management Maintain recruitment data and follow up with selected candidates Assist in onboarding and joining formalities Eligibility & Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred) 1–3 years of experience in office administration or recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling) Ability to multitask and work independently Skills Required: Strong organizational and coordination skills Good interpersonal and communication abilities Time management and attention to detail Professional and pleasant personality What We Offer: Stable work environment Salary as per experience and skill level Opportunity to grow in HR and administrative roles
