Attracting and selecting temporary collaborators from outside the institution to work in field and office statistical surveys, opinion polls, and economic surveys, through conducting initial interviews and evaluating competencies according to the approved standards, in order to ensure the provision of qualified cadres that support the implementation of statistical projects efficiently and with high quality.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Familiarity with the procedural manuals and policies governing the work of collaborators and understanding the approved selection criteria.

Prepare and review the lists of candidates or applications according to the specified conditions.

Communicate with candidates by phone or approved means to schedule and conduct interviews.

Conduct structured initial interviews to evaluate:

Explain the nature of the work, its requirements, the duration of the contract, and the mechanism of remuneration for candidates.

Document the results of the interviews and fill out the approved evaluation forms.

Enter the candidates' data into the electronic systems and make recommendations for acceptance or apology.

Identify, review, and enter the required documents into the ad hoc systems.
-
Prepare periodic reports that indicate the indicators of attractiveness and the results of the evaluation.

Follow-up of accepted candidates to complete the procedures (pledges, documents, registration in the training).

Continuous coordination with the direct supervisor to address any additional challenges or needs.

Review the operational plans of the concerned departments to provide the needs in terms of the required number, required specializations, geographical scope, nature of work (field/office/hybrid) and identify the target group (university students, recent graduates, field experience, retirees, etc.).

Setting a timeline for the search and recruitment process and approving the action plan by the line manager.

Review and refine internal databases to leverage and refine the database of former collaborators.

Use of approved online recruitment platforms as directed by the line manager.

Posting via official social media as directed by the line manager.

Fully adhere to the confidentiality of candidates' data and comply with applicable legislation and policies.
