Job Summary

The Office Admin (Typing) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, with a primary focus on accurate typing, documentation, and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform typing and data entry of letters, reports, invoices, and documents
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and basic office communication
  • Assist in preparing reports, formats, and presentations
  • Manage office supplies and stationery
  • Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management
  • Handle basic billing, scanning, printing, and photocopying
  • Maintain confidentiality of office documents

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic communication skills (written and verbal)

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma / HSC (minimum qualification may vary)
  • 0–2 years experience in office administration or typing roles

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of basic accounts or data management
  • Experience in documentation and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
