Job Summary
The Office Admin (Typing) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, with a primary focus on accurate typing, documentation, and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform typing and data entry of letters, reports, invoices, and documents
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Handle emails, correspondence, and basic office communication
- Assist in preparing reports, formats, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and management
- Handle basic billing, scanning, printing, and photocopying
- Maintain confidentiality of office documents
Required Skills & Competencies
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / HSC (minimum qualification may vary)
- 0–2 years experience in office administration or typing roles
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic accounts or data management
- Experience in documentation and record keeping
