Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Office Administrator/Data Entry professional to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring accurate data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with Excel, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input and update operational data into databases and systems with precision
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, and inputting data related to various warehouse businesses, and reporting to the supervisors or managers of each department
  • Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including typing documents and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Label Sorting
  • Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained
  • Perform office clerical work including filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills for data verification, inventory counts, and calculations.
  • Previous experience in logistics, or clerical/administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to walk back and forth from office to warehouse throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
