Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: 2+ years Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and people-oriented Office Admin + HR professional who will act as the central point of coordination for office operations, people management, and communication.

This role ensures that the office runs smoothly, culture stays healthy, and teams can focus on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and operational coordination
  • Handle HR activities including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, students, and visitors
  • Coordinate internal communication, meetings, and basic scheduling
  • Support hiring logistics, interviews, and employee documentation
  • Maintain records, policies, and internal process documentation
  • Assist the founder in ensuring discipline, clarity, and smooth operations
