We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to handle general administrative and office support tasks. The role involves assisting with day-to-day office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree (preferred))
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in administrative or general office work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers and other departments when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and operating efficiently.
  • Perform other general duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Required)
