Job Summary
The Office Administrative Assistant handles routine administrative tasks, supports internal departments, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Organize files, documents, and internal records (digital and physical).
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support team coordination.
  • Assist with basic data entry, document preparation, and updating internal systems.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist HR and management with routine administrative tasks when required.
  • Coordinate with clients for simple follow-ups or appointment confirmations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Work with the internal team to support administrative needs related to software or service projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and document management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
