Office Administrative Assistant

Wholesale Distributor located in Garden Oaks / Oak Forest area is seeking a qualified and organized person with office administrative experience.

Position is PART TIME, ~20 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8:30am-12:30pm).

Duties of this position will include:
Accounts receivables, invoicing and collections
Data entry and assisting inside sales and purchasing
Paperwork filing
Processing of job order paperwork (making UPS labels, scheduling freight shipments, etc)
Assisting within the company as needed such as marketing, etc (we are a small business so flexibility is key)

Qualified candidates must have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Computer savvy
Self motivated
Experience with accounting software is a plus
Ability to multi-task and function within a fast paced environment
Great organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Hydraulics industry knowledge a plus and some mechanical background helpful
