We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to provide support to a Guardianship Agency. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office and administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will have a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and be comfortable working as part of a team.
Job Description:
Be familiar with the roles of the guardian's office to ensure compliance with requirements.
· Work as part of a team to provide services to guardianship/conservatorship/power of attorney and trust clients.
· Customer service: Answer multi-line phone system. Respond to calls/requests from clients, agencies, medical providers and other related service providers in a timely and professional manner. Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for clients and staff.
· Document management: File, scan, fax, open and sort mail. File legal documents at Court.
· Assist with preparation of letters, forms and other standard documents. This may include assisting with financial activities such as applications and verification for services.
· Provide support to staff including assisting with managing staffs' calendars.
· Utilize systems for online charting, documentation, and timekeeping.
· Protect client confidentiality and rights.

Necessary Equipment:
Vehicle and car insurance. Valid driver’s license. Cell phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour
