Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong typing skills along with good computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
