Office Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • General Admin (Phone reception, customer support, light filing, etc)
  • Weekly sales reporting (Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred)
  • Logistics/trucking coordination
  • A/R Invoicing and Follow Up (Quickbooks knowledge preferred)
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide personal assistant support to senior management as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while answering calls and addressing customer inquiries.

Skills

  • Proficient in office management software and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and best practices in an office setting.
  • Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Office experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
