Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, schedules, meetings, and travel bookings.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, payroll, and HR support.
  • Coordinate between management, staff, and external contacts.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
