Position Summary

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office by overseeing supplies, kitchen stocking, and office services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring orders and requests efficiently. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and fully stocked office environment for all employees.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and beverages; keep kitchens, closets, and common areas stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle recurring orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Oversee kitchen upkeep, including coffee and water service, dishwashers, and fridge restocking.
  • Organize company traditions like Bagel Fridays and assist with holiday event planning.
  • Support staff with guest passes, package distribution, and general office needs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and liaise with building management when needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning ordering platforms.
  • Proactive, customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs. as part of daily duties.


$21-$13 per hour (Part-Time)
