Office Administrator

Rosen LTC, a boutique litigation support firm located on historic Broad St. in Charleston, SC, seeks an energetic and technically savvy office administrator for a host of duties critical to the operation of our small firm.

Our team travels the country to provide technical presentation services to attorneys in trial, while locally we provide data collection and computer forensic services to the regional legal community.

Our office administrator keeps the wheels turning with responsibilities ranging from billing, A/R and payroll in QuickBooks, to logistics and client management in the office. There's a host of day to day items that keep the office presentable for our clients, as well as administrative and forensic support services.

We're looking for a smart and trustworthy person with a good attitude and desire to produce highly accurate work within a small vibrant company. Hours are 9-5 M-F. Partially remote work is a possibility after demonstrated success in the position.

Salary, Health Insurance and after one year a retirement plan with matching. Salary will increase annually and training will be provided. We're more interested in attitude than aptitude, so if you're ready to learn and grow, come join us!

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
