Office Administrator

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our high-performing sales and operations teams. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure quotes go out on time, follow-ups don’t slip through the cracks, and customer records stay clean and current.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and job packets based on measurements and sales input
• Track project statuses and help move leads through the pipeline using CRM tools
• Schedule follow-up calls, estimate appointments, and customer check-ins
• Enter and update customer and job data accurately in our systems
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with coordinating materials, POs, and vendor orders to support sold jobs
• Help create sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
• Keep the sales team organized, informed, and focused on closing

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales coordination
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering error-free work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems
• Self-starter with great time management and follow-through
• Experience in construction, trades, or glass installation is a big plus
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
