Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and office needs.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and report expenses.
  • Manage communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Assist management with reports, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B magazine subscription or publishing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet targets; proficiency in MS Office.

Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Weekends off, with one Saturday working per month).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
