Job Title: Office Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Administrator (Male Fresher) to handle administrative and operational support functions at our office. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations, act as a link between vendors and management, and support HR and Finance in daily tasks and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Visit banks, government offices, and vendors as required for official work.
- Act as a mediator between vendors and management for service coordination and procurement.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.
- Support HR and Finance teams with data management, forms, and compliance tracking.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Handle general correspondence, courier dispatch, and visitor management at the reception area.
