Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Administrator & HR Specialist. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, handling office equipment, coordinating communications within the team, executing hiring request until closure, management employees documents and records. This is an on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt.


Qualifications


  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Relevant professional certifications or qualifications are a plus
