Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily office operations, maintain records/files, handle data entry, manage office supplies, coordinate with staff/vendors, and handle mail/deliveries.
  • Telecalling: Make/receive calls, provide product/service info, generate leads, schedule appointments, follow up with potential clients, and update CRM systems.
  • Customer Service: Address client queries, provide basic information in-person/phone/email, and gather customer feedback.
  • Office Support: Maintain reception area, assist with meeting/travel arrangements, and ensure smooth office workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
