Agreements with Developers
- Conclude and renew contracts with property developers.
- Monitor contract validity periods and prepare renewal documentation.
Commissions from Developers
- Track and collect developer commissions.
- Maintain accurate commission records and confirm receipts with the accounting team.
- Monitor deal passports.
Broker Support & Contract Work
- Prepare and verify Forms A, B, F.
- Check broker documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Archive and store contract copies.
Administrative Support for Brokers
- Prepare certificates, powers of attorney, and other supporting documents.
Clerical Work & Document Flow
- Maintain company archives (contracts, invoices, acts).
- Ensure proper preparation of incoming and outgoing documentation.
Interaction with Government Authorities
- Prepare and submit documents to DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and other agencies.
- Handle requests and obtain required certificates.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Monitor office payments (rent, utilities, subscriptions).
- Prepare invoices for partners/clients and handle receipts/deposit refunds.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office management experience in the real estate sector preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations (DLD/RERA) is an advantage.
