Agreements with Developers

  • Conclude and renew contracts with property developers.
  • Monitor contract validity periods and prepare renewal documentation.

Commissions from Developers

  • Track and collect developer commissions.
  • Maintain accurate commission records and confirm receipts with the accounting team.
  • Monitor deal passports.

Broker Support & Contract Work

  • Prepare and verify Forms A, B, F.
  • Check broker documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Archive and store contract copies.

Administrative Support for Brokers

  • Prepare certificates, powers of attorney, and other supporting documents.

Clerical Work & Document Flow

  • Maintain company archives (contracts, invoices, acts).
  • Ensure proper preparation of incoming and outgoing documentation.

Interaction with Government Authorities

  • Prepare and submit documents to DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and other agencies.
  • Handle requests and obtain required certificates.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Monitor office payments (rent, utilities, subscriptions).
  • Prepare invoices for partners/clients and handle receipts/deposit refunds.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office management experience in the real estate sector preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations (DLD/RERA) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
