Office Administrator (245D Crisis Respite Program)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our 245D Crisis Respite Program. This role is critical to maintaining efficient daily operations and providing administrative support to both HR and on-site nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within 245D services, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, coordination, and workflow organization
  • Provide direct administrative support to HR and assist on-site nursing staff with documentation and office-related tasks
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and documentation management
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for staff
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading, scanning, and report preparation
  • Ensure compliance with 245D documentation and administrative standards
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient office environment
  • Assist with internal processes and help improve administrative systems for efficiency

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience working in a 245D program or similar human services setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple team members
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting medical or nursing staff in an administrative capacity
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation in human services settings
  • 2+ More years of office admin. experience
