Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. Your exceptional organizational skills will support various administrative functions, coordinate events and calendars, manage e-mails, answer phone calls, greet guests, and oversee essential office processes. This part-time position is Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. Hours can be somewhat flexible. Skills must include Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Internet and Web navigating are necessary. Knowledge of Publisher and Constant Contact a plus. Some data entry, working closely with Pastor on creating and printing bulletins and other clerical duties.
