Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and ensure excellent communication flow.
  • Manage schedule coordination for team meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring calendars are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle vendor management by coordinating supplies, services, and contracts to maintain optimal office functionality.
  • Support human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with training & development initiatives.
  • Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using CRM's, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing.
  • Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly maintained.
  • Assist with office management duties such as budgeting, petty cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in managing teams or overseeing office staff.
  • Proficiency in computing for bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting tasks.
  • Skilled in event planning and coordinating logistics for meetings or company functions.
  • Strong calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, training & development programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assistance on Social media platforms representing the companies brand.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
