Office Administrator

Overview
We are an expanding parking management company looking for a reliable and professional Office Administrator to join our growing team. As we continue to scale our operations across various commercial and medical facilities, we need a "right-hand" person in the office who can help us maintain our high standards of service.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our financial organization. We are looking for someone who is not only great on the phones but also highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Responsibilities

  • Communication: Act as the professional "voice" of the company by answering phones, assisting tenants, and coordinating with property managers.
  • Account Management: Manage and update tenant parking lists and permit records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Financial Tracking: Handle daily billing, invoicing, and payment processing through QuickBooks.
  • Office Support: Assist with professional correspondence, ensuring all communication is natural, friendly, and efficient.
  • Problem Solving: Address account discrepancies or service inquiries with a proactive and helpful attitude.

Experience

  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role .
  • Software Proficiency: Proven experience working in QuickBooks (entering invoices, tracking payments) and Microsoft Excel (managing data, using basic formulas, and organizing lists).
  • Customer Service: Experience handling multi-line phone systems and professional email correspondence.
  • Reliability: A track record of handling sensitive financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
