Job Summary
Luxor is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient coordination, and a welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily scheduling for the team
Coordinate meetings and ensure clear communication across staff
Client Interaction
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Ordering & Inventory
Order office supplies and materials as needed
Track inventory and ensure the office is always well-stocked
Follow-Ups & Coordination
Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal tasks
Assist in tracking ongoing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Office Support
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous administrative experience is a plus
