Purpose & Summary: As an Office Administrator you will help support our Front Office Administrative and Sales Team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and/or Direct Visitors
  • Answer Multi-Line Phone, Forward Calls and/or Take Messages
  • Oversee Office Supplies to Ensure Resources are Available When Needed
  • Provide Support to Staff and Management, Including Handling Correspondence, Preparing Documents and Scheduling Meetings
  • Provide Support Functions Such as Data Entry and Other Document Organization (Billing, Filing, Copying, etc.)
  • Manage Drivers Schedule, Routing and Fleet Maintenance
  • Prepare and enter invoices and other activities into the accounting system
  • Process time keeping and maintain employee benefits records
  • Prepare audit supporting documentation as assigned
  • Coordinate personnel activities and process paperwork
  • Freight functions including getting quotes and scheduling
  • Preparation of all invoices (billing), payables (checks)

· Posting data entry of all invoices, into automated ledgers

· Assist office manager and owners in the capacity of an administrative assistant.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent as well as previous work experience is required. Applicants with similar office experience will be given preference.

  • Ability to identify the need for, establish, and maintain administrative systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
