Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties to support efficient office operations
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to office guests
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical as needed)
  • Create PO's for techs
  • Perform weekly collections report, calls and emails
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices and monthly credit card expenses)
  • Create and Manage On-Call schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or administrative certification preferred
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is helpful but not always required

Work Environment

  • Standard office setting
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
  • Interaction with staff, clients, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
