Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling communications, coordinating schedules, managing invoicing, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, send, and track invoices
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly
- Support other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
