Job Title: Administrator (Hybrid) – Home Improvement Industry
Location: New Hartford, CT Hybrid (Work from Home + Occasional On-Site Visits) Must Live in the state of CT

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our growing home improvement business. This hybrid role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person responsibilities for site coordination, team support, and project assistance. You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both office and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for projects and team members
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and internal staff
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Assist with invoicing, estimates, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases
- Occasionally visit job sites or office locations for coordination and support
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (industry experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-person duties
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management or CRM software
- Basic understanding of invoicing or bookkeeping processes
