Office Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and support the businessYour proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help us maintain high standards of office management and customer service excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a collaborative and energetic team.

Duties

  • Organize administration for a small industrial painting company.
  • Help the accounting team and Manager/Owner with expense tracking and documentation
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy, including maintaining digital and physical files
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and assisting with vendor/client needs
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement
  • Proofread documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy before distribution or filing
  • Assist with personal assistant tasks such as scheduling travel arrangements or managing confidential information as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry and file management

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
