Office Administrator

Job Summary

Setu100 Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Umm Salal Mohammed, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in organization and communication within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and office activities
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate office supplies and procurement
  • Support various departments with administrative needs
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: QAR 4,000 – QAR 6,500 per month (depending on experience)
