Office Administrator

Anthem Pacific Homes is a North Idaho homebuilding company with an opening for office administrator. Experience with administrative matters and general support with other responsibilities include answering phones, ordering supplies, greeting guests, assisting staff with requests, answering emails, daily press, and performing other items as needed. Familiarity with QuickBooks online and Buildertrend is helpful, but not necessary. This job is the focal point of the office and has a constant flow. Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and set priorities while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Consistently projects professionalism in representing Anthem Pacific Homes at all times. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Team. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply.
