Office Administrator

Central Valley Lift Truck,Inc. is looking for a part time Office Administrator to help with the day-to-day operations of the business The office Administrators roll is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and making sure the front office runs smoothly.

  • Responsibilities
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Preparing daily Mail run
  • Filing and keeping company files organized
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Address employee's queries regarding office management issues
  • Ordering necessary office supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is a must have
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • High School degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
