Office Administrator

Job description

Farm Plastic is a family-owned and nation-wide plastic distributor located in Addison, Illinois. We are in need of a Office admin. They will be responsible for supporting the Office manager. Ideal candidate should be a self-starter. Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting on phone calls with sales! Answering incoming calls.

- Ability to learn new computer software including FPS’s CRM.

· Communicate with customers enthusiastically to engage them; build a working relationship

- Making out going calls to existing customers

-Customer service issues, and general customer interaction

· Printing and organizing shipping labels

· Ensuring the office standards are met

Assist with freight, process carrier claims, and any other misc. office task that is needed

· Use time management skills to prioritize your daily tasks

E-commerce experience a plus or any new skill you can add to the table!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Pay starting at $19.00 per hour (40hrs a week)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift (Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm) Saturday 7AM to 3:00PM. Friday and Sunday off.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Addison, IL 60101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • · Proficient in CRM software is a plus
